We drew our inspiration for sign from Gdańsk’s characteristic architecture and the letter ‘M’ which stands for museum and city (miasto in Polish). An additional element of the visual identification is a pattern created by the multiplication of the Museum’s logo. It is illustrative in nature and perfectly captures the uniqueness of Gdańsk’s urban environment.
